  1. Limited Warranty
  2. Sports Advantage warrants to the original purchaser,
  3. for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of the 
  4. purchase, that this computer software will perform as 
  5. described in the user documentation and that the program
  6. and documentation are free from substantial errors that 
  7. might interfere with the normal operation of this 
  8. program.  If a defect occurs during the ninety (90) day
  9. period you may return your faulty disc to Sports Advantage
  10. 1915 Swathmore Avenue, Lakewood, NJ 08701, along with
  11. a dated proof of purchase, your name, your return address,
  12. and description of the defect or problem; your disc will
  13. be replaced free of charge.  After ninety (90) days you 
  14. may obtain a replacement disc by sending a check for 
  15. $10.00 (NJ residents add sales tax) to Sports Advantage
  16. 1915 Swathmore Avenue, Lakewood, NJ. 08701.

  18. Limitations
  19. Except for the express warranty of the original disc
  20. set forth above, this sofware is provided as is, and Sports
  21. Advantage grants no other warranties, express or implied.  
  22. By statute or otherwise, regarding the disc and related
  23. materials their fitness for any purpose, their quality, 
  24. their merchantability, or otherwise.  The liability of 
  25. Sports Advantage under the warranty set forth above 
  26. shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer
  27. for the product.  In no event shall Sports Advantage
  28. be liable for any special, consequential, or other 
  29. damages for the breach of warranty.
